Bespoke.ng (Pitch)
UX audit to fixing and optimizing a landing page for an IT company to increase conversion rates.
Bespoke.ng is a Nigerian IT solutions company that offers tailored digital services to businesses. They needed a website that would immediately convey trust, highlight their value, and convert visitors into clients. My role was to perform a full UX audit and redesign key parts of the website to improve its performance and clarity.

Improvements I made to the Bespoque.ng website
1. Updated the Logo
New logo now displays business name and colors, hence confirming ownership of the website for trust.
2. User focused and benefit driven hero copy
New hero copy highlights the services of the business, and talks directly to the visitor using the word “your” and also promises a reward “success”.
3. Visible Primary CTA
New primary CTA now stands out and draws attention, making it easily findable.
4. Hero image updated to display the agency at work
Image displaying Humans used to increase trust and conversion
5. Company logos as social proof of legitimacy
6. Length of body copy for services section shortenend
Sub copy for the services are now limited to 4 lines that still clearly convey more information on each of the services.
7. Action to mail the business directly now visible in navbar
8. Clear contrast background with copy
A light shade of the orange was used to highlight the why choose us section while also not compromising the legibility of the contents and copy.
9. Repeated primary CTA to drive action
In-line with the aim of the website to encourage users to book a free consultation, the call-to-action (CTA) is also repeatedly offered.
